Returns & Exchanges

Wrong color, wrong size, or just not right in your kitchen — the way back runs through the partner store.

Where Returns Happen

Since checkout and delivery are handled by our retail partners, returns go back the same road: the store where you completed the purchase accepts the return and issues the refund. Their order page has the return button and the label.

The 30-Day Window

Our partners honor a 30-day return window on most items. Send things back unused and packed the way they arrived — bowls nested, utensils in their holder, the Dutch oven lid back in its foam — and the process stays painless.

How It Works

  1. Open the order in your account at the partner store where you bought the item.
  2. Start a return or exchange there and print the label they issue.
  3. Pack the item and drop it with the carrier — the refund follows the partner’s usual schedule, back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Khaki instead of gray, the cream white pot instead of the red, the 43-piece set instead of the 15 — most partners handle it as a return plus a fresh order, which is usually the fastest route to the right box.

Damaged in Transit

Enamel does not always survive a careless carrier. Photograph anything that arrives chipped, bent or broken and report it on the partner’s order page right away — damaged-item claims are replaced or refunded at no cost. Stuck anywhere in the process? support@umitechef.pages.dev and we will help you find the right door.
